"This is a nice quiet neighborhood with many long term neighbors and their children. The back deck and patio will give you plenty of privacy as the yard is fenced and contains many established bushes and gardens. House is on an emergency and bus route, this means that the street gets plowed quite often in the winter, no waiting for that 3" of snow before it can be done. The city and school bus stops are one door down. No making your kids stand out in the cold and rain.
