    "This community has a homeowners' association and active neighborhood association with volunteer opportunities. The neighborhood assn. works to maintain cleanliness, safety and livability. The neighborhood also has a beautiful park with activity building, playground, basketball and tennis courts, and baseball and play field, as well as surrounding greenbelts. Homes are within an easy walk to the elementary school (fairly new building). The neighborhood is generally well-maintained in spite of the current economy and housing slump."
