    "One of the safest neighborhoods in Fredericksburg. Right off of 95, so very convenient. Lots of friendly people in the neighborhood. Lovely Community Pool, Club House, Tennis Courts, Playgrounds. Dog friendly with many trails. Many community events in Idlewild! "
