The staff member in the registration office at Rocky Run Elementary was extremely unprofessional. When I spoke with her, she talked to me as if I were her enemy. Her tone was rude, disrespectful, and completely lacking kindness. As a parent, I expect school staff to be supportive and courteous, but instead, I felt judged and mistreated. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a school environment where families should feel respected. Honestly, if this school were not the one assigned to my home zone, I would never bring my child here because of how poorly I was treated.

I feel compelled to speak up about our experience at Holy Cross Academy. My child was treated differently because of his background and came home crying nearly every day. This was not a one time issue but a repeated pattern that caused real emotional harm.When concerns were raised they were minimized and redirected. It became clear that protecting the school’s reputation mattered more than addressing how a child was being treated. That alone is deeply troubling.I also noticed another public review raising concerns about a possible bribery related issue involving the school. While I cannot speak to that situation personally it adds to a disturbing pattern of secrecy and image management rather than transparency and accountability. Parents deserve to know what kind of environment they are trusting with their children.
