Jessica Tinta was the worst teacher ever and the aid in her class which is sped was very intolerant of the children.

Horrible the principal is very rude. He automatically thinks if your child isn’t succeeding in the class that they need an IEP. Certain teachers care but most of them act like they can’t teach your child. If your child attends this school then you need to find an another school because they make you as the parent feel like your doing such a horrible job not communicating or lack of understanding.

In our 3 years at VAA, we have watched our 3 girls (grades 6, 9, 11) grow and flourish socially; challenge themselves academically; explore their spirituality, and join various activities that they might not have considered or been open to if the school community weren’t as warm & welcoming as it is. Teachers and administration take the time and interest in getting to know your family and maintain a culture of open communication. We feel a strong sense of community every time we walk through the school doors are grateful our girls have had the opportunity to attend school here.
