"I love the Colonial Village Community. People are friendly and often say hello when they run into each other on the sidewalk. There is a good variety of people from retirees to grad students to young couples buying their first property. It is incredibly walkable. You can live here without a car and still get to everywhere with two metro stops nearby. My wife and I will often simply walk to Clarendon to browse the shops and get a bite to eat in the evening. There really isn't anything bad to say about this area."
