Great school with a great PTA that has a lot of events to raise money for extra things at the school. My son has been here a few years and enjoys going every day.

There are so many issues with the new ownership (formerly Boyd, they sold to LePort, which is ALL about profit.) The entire education philosophy has been compromised and is financially marinated. The LePort family is no longer involved with the schools. The scariest part is to read about the philosophy of the owner/CEO (who made billions from buying and selling diploma mills). I am upset that we blindly believed the new corporate team. Also, the Head Director/Head of School resigned with no notice. He took another just job... this is further evidence of the disruption. There have been 4 departures over the past 2 weeks... this is sad. PLEASE do your research. Ask any toddler or elementary parent about their experience.

MTES truly stands out as one of the finest schools in the entire Loudoun County, known for its exceptional learning environment and welcoming atmosphere. Students thrive in a space that not only provides excellent education but also ensures that learning is enjoyable and fun. I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the incredible teachers and admin staff at Guidepost Montessori at Aldie (shout out to Ms Nikki, Ms Irenae, Ms Nix, Ms Amy, Ms Sadaf, the administrative staff Ms Stacy and Ms Pim). Their dedication and commitment to nurturing my kids growth have truly made a profound impact on their overall development. My kids are now 9.5 and 3.5 years old and we have been with guidepost ever since December 2017.Guidepost goes beyond traditional teaching methods, embodying the principles of Montessori education. I observed the teachers are so keen to understand my kids’ unique capabilities and this ability of theirs has allowed them to tailor their approach, fostering an environment where individuality of my kids is celebrated. The Montessori principles embraced by the teachers have significantly contributed to shaping my children’s personalities. My son is in elementary program and I have consistently observed how his teachers have used their ability to observe, understand, and encourage his strengths. Their personalized approach ensures that my son is supported in his journey of self-discovery and learning.I am truly grateful for the positive influence the Montessori principles and the dedicated teachers have had on my children. The admin staff has always ensured to open dialogue when in concern or provide support where needed. I am so glad my kids are part of this community and I know they will be ready for future with all the learnings they gained as a strong foundation.
