"this is downtown and for young adults. it’s a nice newly developed neighborhood with rich cultural experiences with craft fairs and planetarium etc"
  • Kyle G.
"There are dog parks and plenty of dog owners. Please do make sure that you pick up after your dog. Generally though I think it’s a place that is conducive to having a dog"

"I have a short commute to L3 on 600 N. I start work early and it is an easy commute. I like it here."
  • Harry K.
"Very dog friendly location. Most owners will clean up after their animals. Most areas have parks for dogs and cleaning stations. Groomers and vets in abundance. Don’t have a dog myself as I’d rather have a home and yard for my dogs but for now it works well for most animal lovers living in the area"
  • Andy S.
"A lack place to run and poop. Some vagrants running around. A lot of people in my building have dogs though."
  • Timothy Q.
"Great place for those without kids..though I do see some around. Not unlike any other large metro area. This is mostly directed to those living in apartments and condos in the immediate downtown area. Elsewhere parents will be pleased to know that the SLC area is second to non. "

"Great place to live..right in the center of things. Concerts and Utah Jazz at THE COMPLEX and VIVANT ARENA one block away. Restraunts at The Gateway. Always something goung on. Very lively location. "
  • Janellemgoldberg
"They would like that there are dog friendly rentals and a lot of places to walk the dogs and the dog parks "
  • Connor G.
"Comic con comes around a few times plus all the concerts, the festivals and conventions. Not easy to pick just one. Only downside is the shelter is also located so close. "
  • Pnss
"Centrally located. Not disabled friendly. Quick repairs and friendly staff. I’m a former NYC resident finding delivery services scarce! This area has historical significance."
  • Kelly B.
"95% are the people that live here are senior citizens and elderly the five percent that live here are stabled in some way shape or form.."
  • Kristi O.
"This neighborhood is uniques because it is culturally and socio-economically diverse. All walks of life are on my streets. As well as visitors going to any number of nearby venues. "
