Geneva Heights

I taught at this school for several years and initially had a positive experience. Like any school, there were strengths and areas for growth. I worked under a principal who was supportive of teachers and focused on student success.During the 2025–2026 school year, there was a significant leadership change, and the overall school climate shifted. Following this transition, teachers experienced a noticeable decrease in administrative support, and the school’s focus appeared to move away from the values outlined in the charter.Multiple teacher concerns were brought to the board but were not addressed. Expectations became less clear, and disciplinary actions were taken without prior warnings or opportunities for correction. This created an environment where teachers felt discouraged rather than supported.As a result of these and many other changes, many experienced and dedicated teachers, including myself, chose to leave the school mid-year. With the current administration in place, I would not recommend this school as a place to work or send your child.
