6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI wanted to like this school. But after 4 years I can safely say it’s a less than acceptable experience. Picture “mean girls” just younger. The teachers judge the parents and treat the kids based on those judgements. So be sure to cover any tattoos and definitely take out that second earring before parent teacher conferences. So far this year her teacher seems much better. And seems like he will actually teach and he seems much more attentive and more willing to teach. I hope that this is the beginning of a better experience for my kiddo because after last year she is afraid to go to recess. My kiddo is small for the age and is mistaken for 2 grades lower regularly. They are still in 6-7t clothes at 9. I didn’t think kids still picked on kids smaller than they were but they do. This mixed with the way her parents look without long sleeves has lead to rumors and gossip for some reason. Which is of course coming from the other parents first then the kids. But it directly affects my kid. They have been physically abused by class mates including getting hit in the head (over hand swing) with a Stanley water bottle and then laughed at for crying. Pushed down and then into the snow. This year a bigger kid threw a ball at my kid so hard it caused whiplash. Not a thing has been done to discipline the other kids picking on mine. Her teacher anctually added to the problem by covering for one offender until she was caught in a “misremembering “ moment. Even trying to transfer away from the school is proving problematic as the surrounding schools are full and unable to accept new students. Even if they are being physically bullied and harmed. I really can’t say enough about how unimpressed with the school overall I have been and I really hope the staff can figure out how to be more supportive and respectful to kids.Parent Review8mo ago7 Reviews - Eagle Bay School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI honestly love this school, It is amazing and has wonderful teachers that are so welcoming and I am so sad I have to leave this absolutely wonderful school, my experience here with all of my teachers has been so good they really take their time to help the kids learn and everything I cannot exasperate my gratitude to this school and its staff they make it the best experience possible with all of their amazing characteristics and every little factor, when I attended school here my favorite year was got to be 5th grade, my teachers were absolutely amazing, The Spanish Teacher and The English teacher yes it is a Spanish immersion program with the best teachers ever The Spanish teacher went out of her way to know how the kids were doing and how they felt, and didn't compare anyone, They set an amazing example for all students and that is why there is 0.01 percent bullying here there is practically NO bullies and everyone is so kind, The English teacher is also so amazing he makes everything an activity well helping us learn better than any other teacher and is so funny and NEVER gets mad he is so friendly and fun and just the best, But They are not the only good teachers here every teacher has there own special charm and is so fun. The principal got here a couple years ago probably 2018 and made a gigantic difference she is so friendly and kind, and this school deserves 100/5 they are truly that good!Other Review4y ago2 Reviews - Windridge School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school allows racism to happen. If you report racism between students, be prepared to be retaliated against and be the ones found at fault if you’re a person of color. It’s a condensed area where all the kids live in the same neighborhood, go to the same ward, share similar cultural beliefs and views. If your student doesn’t fit the part, they will be harassed and bullied until you have no choice but to move away. The district will not help you in creating a safe environment for your child.Parent Review3mo ago9 Reviews - Knowlton School
