"I’ve lived in Wylie for 28 years, 18 years in my current neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly, we like to hang out in our front yards and visit with each other in the evenings. There are lots of young families on our street and it’s nice to see kids playing outside, supervised by pretty much everyone. Love it here!"

"nothing. it's a cookie cutter neighborhood with starter homes that tend to have issues. no hoa which has lead to over crowded streets and trash everywhere. there is barely any room to drive down the street. "

"It’s an older neighborhood with no HOA. Very friendly with lots of young families. Very safe. Lots of people walking dogs every evening. "
