My child enjoyed the time spent at Tekoa, but after moving to the public school we found how far behind my child was. In first grade my child is reading at the level of a kindergartener, but report cards from Tekoa always indicated "Excellent" progress. These concerns were address during our time with this school and they were brushed off. Reasons why we left: no notice that busing would not be provided, we found out because we called the first school day of the 2014-2015 term and were informed the bus was out of order. There is also no true PE class, there is no gymnasium or playground equipment. I have only witnessed the children running in a small field behind the school. This was a good concept with poor execution. The address listed is also not the address for the Orange location.

St. Mary Catholic School has a calendar full of events that invite parents to participate and celebrate with us on campus. The school is actively involved in the community and enjoys strong community support from alumni and local businesses. I can guarantee that each child is both held to a high standard of expectation and loved individually for who they are. St. Mary maintains small class sizes ensures plenty of individual attention for each student. The teachers are loving and caring, while still maintaining the sense of firm expectation. I am very glad that we decided to bring my daughter here to St. Mary Catholic School because of the truly well-rounded, quality education that she is receiving here.
