    "We are friendly neighborhood with young families and some young at heart (seniors) sprinkled in. Lots of neighborhood walkers, cyclist. At Christmas we all decorate. At Halloween we pass out candy and feel safe. "

    "It's awesome neighborhood. We have been here 2 1/2yrs and plan to stay for a very long time. The mid-century modern homes from the 1950 and super large trees make it very special. Oh and our two neighborhood parks and lake are sweet. "
