"I’ve lived in this neighborhood for almost 4 years. It is quiet and friendly. It’s one of the nicest areas I’ve ever lived in. There’s a walking trail so you don’t have to worry about walking just in the street and there are dog parks and sports parks all around."

"I commute 30 minutes each way to work. I have previously worked as far as an hour each way but there is access to toll roads that help with the time of the commute "

"Most dogs are either super friendly or just mind their own way. I have a very friendly chihuahua that loves people but knows his limits when told to back off. "

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe've been at Powell for 3 years & are very happy. We were previously in a different school district. Powell (and CISD) is better in every way. From the teachers & staff to the curriculum, Powell continues to impress us.Parent Review7y ago - David Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageOverall, I love that the children can ride their bike to school. Friendly teachers and parents. The academics are not challenging at all (at least in the early years). Can't say that I've been impressed or wowed like other parents, though. Perhaps time will tell.Parent Review6y ago
