    "Good neighborhood, couple busy streets to cross if walking/running but it can be done. I do 6 miles each morning. Great park Meadow Creek and this place is close to shopping. Market street has a Starbucks and great prices, friendly employees and no shopping carts in parking lot. Easy access to get to downtown for work or night life. "
