"the big trees provide shade when you're walking in the Sun. the community is a family community everybody is very friendly but on the other hand most people stay to themselves. They'd come together when it's necessary"

"I have lived in or near this area of Plano for almost 3 years and it's a great area. The parks and greenbelts are very well maintained, most of the neighborhoods are quiet and safe. It's close to shopping and good schools and also close to major highways (but not too close). Most of the homes are older but many have had nice renovations that make them comparable to much newer homes but for much less in price. Overall, it's a good family neighborhood. "
