    "I live in President's Point Subdivision. The HOA doesn't do much and is not strict with people's yards or cleanliness. The area is PRIME LOCATION for shopping, restaurants, freeway and tollway access and parks. The schools have a LOT to be desired, especially the POOR education at the elementary school nearby. Overall, it's a good place to live!"
