"I’ve lived here 7 years and overall I feel safe and the neighborhood is well taken care of. Plus the fire department is minutes away and the schools have been great."

"Nothing. It’s cookie cutter all the houses are the same. There is nothing interesting or fun about this area. "

"This neighborhood is close to everything you need as far as shopping, groceries, entertainment, restaurants and many job opportunities. It also has easy access to Dallas & Fort Worth. "

"Some people do not pick up after their dogs which is unpleasant when you are walking your own dog. The neighborhood is nice to walk with your dog but some homeowners do not leash their dogs in their yards and we have had to deal with dogs running up on us and barking and menacing us several times.
