"I'm located extremely close to highway 62/82, several shops that I frequent, grocery stores, and the medical district. it's never more than 10 minutes in the car, wherever I need to go."
  • Tom H.
"My wife and I lived in this area for several months while we were doing work on the house and enjoyed living there. It is an older neighborhood but most of the homes have been well taken care of and just need some updating. There are some retirees that still live in the homes and some younger families with children. A middle school and a high school are within walking distance. It is convinient to Texas Tech University, Grace Clinic, Covenant Medical Center and University Medical Center. "
