    "This neighborhood is uniquely lined with beautiful aged live oak trees. It is a well established area that has kept a friendly atmosphere. Many families walk their dogs in the early evening. It is a great area to raise a family. It’s close to town but far enough away to feel that you are away from the hustle and bustle. It’s a fantastic community. "
