    "Everything is closed by. Schools, groceries, department stores, home improvement centers, doctors office etc..... Parks are always a plus, friendly neighbors."

    "If our neighborhood didn't have the train tracks on both sides of Griggs and 75th, our neighborhood would be perfect. The commute is fantastic. 45 is minutes away. There's a Walmart in the area. A Ross, Marshall's, Old Navy and even a HEB! Only downside is the tracks. They don't have a schedule, they come and go as they please. Other than that, would totally recommend 👍"
