"They won’t have the only dog that barks a lot. And people without dogs will probably find it annoying "

"There’s no special events in my area, due to the crime rate and how some neighbors become the product of their environment "

3/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageMy children did NOT learn anything from this school in fact when I transfere them to Pearland ISD they were 2 years behind on thier reading and making horrible grade. They pass the kids knowing these children have issues. Needless to say I tranferes my kids to Pearland ISD and they are now Honor Roll kids. Part of the problem is the focus of STATE TESTING. If the kids don't pass the schools in the low income areas are closed. Teachers are also under paid and they let the old school teacher go for the younger ones where many of them are there for a paycheck.Parent Review12y ago2 Reviews - Hartsfield Elementary School

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageHi I’m a fairly new parent to this school so far the academic community here is excellent. My child gets SPED accommodations for dyslexia and the SPED director had our IEP scheduled 3 weeks after our transfer and before the winter break so we could start off the next semester with a new IEP in place. My child’s new teachers took the time to meet with me on her enrollment day because we left our previous school because of the continued bullying for the last 2 and half years and the teachers are super welcoming and my student has made a core group of friends and enjoys the art program at Whidby. All in all I wish we would have started the year off here. As far as the staff well they seem warm and welcoming to me but I am a very upfront in your face kind of person so you either love me or hate me and I’m fine with that.Parent Review3y ago9 Reviews - KIPP Peace Elementary
