"Lived here almost from the beginning, 19 years. Great neighborhood, safe, nice homes. Kids went to Keller ISD and they liked it. Would definitely recommend living in the neighborhood. "

"We’ve lived in Trace Ridge since late 2000, the whole neighborhood had grown up around us. The houses are pretty well maintained and the Homeowners association keeps the pool and park well tended. Since all the houses came with sprinkler systems, most of the yards stay green, so the neighborhood looks nice."
