My daughter was snatched by her hoodie, by a teacher. Me and her mother were extremely upset by this altercation. When worse with the results, the teacher was suspended only a week and nothing else. My daughter was bullied and targeted afterwards. Couldn't pull my kids out of this school fast enough.

This school has been an absolutely wonderful place for both of our children. The Special Education Program here is top notch. The teachers really show care and admiration for the students and act as advocates for their learning. We still have one child going to school here and I honestly miss having both of them at Hajek. We have had experiences very different at another school in a different district, and moving to the Mistletoe Hill neighborhood was life changing (in a great way) for our children. Can't say enough about the great things about Hajek!

It’s a good school. My daughter loves the after school program and the Panther bucks they get to spend in the school store. Her teacher seems nice too. Going good so far.

This is a horrible school. The Teachers & Staff are disrespectful towards the students and parents. Their concerns are more about the students appearance rather than their education. To the parents, if you truly care about your child’s education, DO NOT send them to this school.

This school is honestly one of the worst environments. A lot of serious issues seem to get swept under the rug instead of being properly addressed. There does not seem to be real safety or accountability here, especially when it comes to allegations involving paras. While teachers are being let go left and right with little explanation, some paras are allowed to remain in the building without proper investigation. On top of that, the vice principal has been very disrespectful in the way staff are spoken to and treated. Overall, the environment feels unprofessional, unfair, and poorly managed.
