    "it's a peaceful place, I like the fact that most of the people who live here is retired people, it's always nice to know that they're watching my house when I'm not there, we share or phone numbers so we can watch each other . the only reason why I want to start selling my house it is because it has a huge! backyard and at first we were super excited about it but now we know that it takes a lot of time to keep it nice and we don't have time for that."
