"I have lived in this neighborhood 3 blocks from Texas Christian University since 1977. It has changed dramatically from a neighborhood of homeowners to mostly rental. Also now seeing the architecture change from 1920’s and 1930’s bungalows to very contemporary structures. Makes me sad. It’s really great because it’s so central to get around It is nice to be able to walk to restaurants and grocery. "
