"Very quiet neighborhood, have not witnessed any crime at all the entire year renting here. Kids playing outside regularly which I love to see, neighborhood could be a little better kept."

"No bus stops around this neighborhood but there is a park n ride about 7 miles away that will take you into Houston. "

"Everybody know everybody and we look out for each other the best that we can. Cars drive extremely fast around this neighborhood though so if you're going for a walk watch out for your children, as well as yourselves. "
