"The community at times has issues with stray vehicles coming in and out of the neighborhood at high speeds. But other then that which has decreased immensely in the past months the neighborhood is a nice and quiet community for a growing/retiring family."

"Great place to live, feels safe, convenient to shopping, etc. Neighbors are friendly, and it’s a quiet and safe area for walking, running, etc. We love that from our home we can walk to true grocery store, pharmacy, auto parts, and many other restaurants and various retailers. "
