    "I’ve lived here for 18 years and it’s always been a good neighborhood There are parks, community center, walking natural trails, schools in walking distance and a grocery store in walking distance. I love it here."

    "I've lived here since '93 and have never been burglarized. My kids all do well in school and the neighbors are very quiet overall. The only knock on the 'hood is over the years, people in this area have 'outgrown' their homes and are beginning to park on the street because they have too much stuff in their garages. this creates a problem navigating through the streets sometimes."
