    "This is a well kept safe neighborhood. I lived here for 15 years and never had any burglary or any trouble. All our neighbors have always been nice. There is nearby access to walking trails. This is an older neighborhood with homes built in the late 80's/early 90's that are updated/well maintainaned. Every year there is a fun music festival in old Downtown. This is a great place to live."
