"Lots of dogs in the neighborhood, walking and running. Lots of green space for them to explore. Very pet friendly. "

"This neighborhood is not near public transportation. During peak hours, 7:30am-9am and 3:45-6:30 it can take 45-50 minutes to get downtown. It’s just 20 minutes when traffic is flowing. "

"Commute once a week to the airport and it’s a very quick drive cutting under the main congestion of the city. "

Not only do they fail to provide a Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) under the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) according to the Individuals with Disabilities in Education Act (IDEA), they will not follow IEPs.Parent Review8y ago26 Reviews - Clayton Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageClayton Elementary is outstanding! The teachers and staff are incredibly dedicated, knowledgeable, and caring. They create a welcoming and supportive learning environment where every student is valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. The curriculum is challenging, engaging, and contains a variety of hands-on activities and projects that help students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. The school also offers a nice range of extracurricular activities, including music, sports, and clubs, which help to foster a sense of community and school spirit. Overall, I am thrilled with the education my child is receiving at this school and would highly recommend it to any parent looking for a top-notch elementary education for their childParent Review3y ago12 Reviews - Baldwin Elementary School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe found Baldwin to be very disappointing. The school culture is really toxic. The teachers are very nice, but I am almost positive that they are instructed by the administration to not communicate with the parents. Every time that I tried to talk to a teacher, they just refused to really tell me how my child was doing. One teacher even told my fourth grader’s class, “I don’t care if you don’t pay attention in math. Your parents can find out when your report cards come.” Report cards come every 9 weeks. There are no progress reports or communication to parents on how the kids are doing until those 9 weeks are up. That’s not a healthy learning environment. There are children that care about their grades, but my students didn’t have any interactions with kids that really wanted to learn. I believe my students learned something, but it was definitely not the focus of the students. The MAP scores in the fall never changed in the spring. Last, the students get to decide who gets in trouble at the school. Students tend to stick together if they live in the same neighborhood, but they tend to be ruthless to the newcomers.Parent Review1y ago16 Reviews - Bear Creek Elementary School
