"People are always out walking their dogs. Most have very good pet owner manners. Most of the neighborhood has sidewalks, so it’s safe. There’s not too much construction in the area."

"There are many children and young families in the neighborhood. Schools are excellent! Traffic is light. Animals we see are rabbits, squirrels. Not sure why we don’t see kids on the streets. "
