Nada de esto es tan importante como la seguridad de nuestro niños, ultimamente no hay vigilante, tampoco policia cuidando la puerta a la hora de la entrada, entre las 6:40 a 7am el paso esta libre en la entrada de esta escuela.

NOT PLEASANT I AM MORE DISAPPOINTED AT THE WAY THE TEACHERS CAN TREAT OUR KIDS UNFAIRLY !!!!!

As a former student who attended Lancaster Christian Academy from 10th–12th grade, I believe prospective families should be aware of some experiences my family and I had before making an enrollment decision. During my time at LCA, the head of administration told me I had “white privilege,” stated that “Donald Trump is not a Christian,” and even joked about whether I was truly saved. Regardless of political beliefs, there is no reason to teach these things in a private Christian school.When my parents requested camera footage with audio after these incidents were denied, we were told on two separate occasions that the recordings were unavailable. Administration confirmed the cameras and audio systems were functioning, making the lack of available footage difficult to understand. In another incident, I was told I was controlled by “greed, money, and power” simply for asking to work on my online business during free periods in my senior year. After speaking with other students and families, it became clear that I was not the only person who experienced inappropriate comments or issues obtaining requested recordings. My parents even attempted to arrange a meeting between the school and multiple families who shared similar concerns, but the school declined.It is really sad to see a “Christian” school show what I believe is such a poor representation of Christ to children and their families. Based on my experiences and conversations with other families, I observed what I believe to be a pattern of manipulation, a lack of transparency, and a lack of accountability. In my experience, these issues reflected the true colors of the head of administration and the owner of LCA/lead pastor of Springhouse Church. For a school whose mission is “To make Jesus famous in the lives of our students,” my experience left me questioning whether that mission is reflected in the school’s leadership. As Scripture says, “You will recognize them by their fruits.” — Matthew 7:16

All three of our children attended CCDS. They had great experiences while learning so much! All teachers were welcoming and open with praise as well as corrections when needed. When it was time to start Kindergarten, our Pre-K teachers were very informative about the private school side of CCDS versus our local magnet choices. The office staff is unmatched with information and compassion! I marked Special Education as a 3/5 only because I did not have any experiences with Special Education.
