"I’ve lived in this area for 14 years. The area is quite and friendly. I love that it’s not a subdivision. It’s close to everything;shopping, restaurants, interstate. "

"There are no sidewalks and lots of traffic. There are friendly people and lots of nearby parks and green spaces. Many of the houses have plenty of area for the dogs to play."

"the diversity makes this place a very good place to live if you want diversity in your life. The feeling I get from the area is welcoming and working people. "

"Houses here are originally mostly from the 1950s. A sizable fraction of the houses in the area are being bought for either replacement with a new house or gutting and rebuilding. That's because the area is ideal for families, with large lots, low traffic and zoning that prevents additional build-up. Administered by Oak Hill, which means back-of-the-house trash pick up (Nashville generally required hauling to the curb). Dogs are not allowed to roam, and many dog owners have invisible fences. Very lush, lots of trees, many birds - I've had hawks and turkeys living in the back yard in recent years. Convenient to Interstate-65, about eight minutes to Brentwood for shopping. (Green Hills is just as close, but the traffic there is awful, so almost everyone around here shops in Brentwood.) One very slight negative is that when the wind is right, and especially in the winter when the leaves are off the trees, noise from Radnor Train Yard and I-65 can be heard. "
