    "There are some nice shops that you can stop by to get a cup of water for your dog, the neighborhood is pretty calm as far as I can tell so it would be a nice walk for your dog to get exercise "

    "It’s an okay neighborhood. I’ve been to hermitage many times but I’ve just recently moved here from Old Hickory. It’s pretty quiet but I live out the outskirts of a neighborhood so I’m not directly in the middle where action would normally happen."

    "This neighborhood tries to be a community and helps each other. The elementary school is located right in the neighborhood. We get a few bad neighbors every so often, but they don’t last long here."

    "I recently moved here and I just like how quite and nice it is. People just mind there business and I often get to see decorated homes and people walking their dogs. it's close to downtown and is in a very convenient spot for all my needs. "

    "I moved here almost a year ago and love it. There's a lot to be said for an "old school" neighborhood where people watch out for each other and truly want to know their neighbors. It's quiet, safe, close to the elementary school, and I can't rave enough about what wonderful neighbors I have! I've lived in neighborhoods with HOA's and I absolutely love having the freedom to manage my property without the red tape of a covenant, not to mention no HOA fees!"
