Seeing many harsh reviews on this school is very surprising, though a lot of this has a common denominator of personal experience with a given situation. I have worked in many different schools and have never felt more connected than here. Kids will be kids and a lot of those students who struggle with bullying or self identity are those who have personal struggles at home or need the extra help. Families are also responsible for their kids behavior, though these are all examples of correlation not equaling causation. Overall, this school has struggled over COVID but is definitely on its way back to being as good as before then. Staff members are truly helpful, and if they cannot help, they will direct you to where you need to go, especially administration. The school's testing scores keep rising year after year and the only way the school shows a lot of struggle is within the IT department which is separate from the school itself and its own department entirely.I would recommend this school many times over; almost any school you go to in an overly populated city or town will have struggling staff members and students still trying to figure out their way of life, and that is part of the journey and experience. We all learn and grow from one another and I do hope that others see the positive outweighing the negative.
