"Neighborhood is great everyone is helpful and getting to public transportation is easy....All of the neighbors watch out for eachother and even though there isn’t a neighborhood watch all the neighbors do their part and make sure theirs no vandalism going on nor breakins....best of all every time you turn the corner there’s a cop that lives just around the corner sometimes 2-3."

"Dog owners would love the fact that if there dogs were to run off neighbors would help find them or if the dog arrived at there home they would care for the dog then post it on the neighborhood Facebook until the owner was found and came to pick up there dog...everyone is animal friendly "

"We have neighborhood watch, neighborhood yard sales every 3-4months we watch out for one another if someone’s child goes missing everyone will post it on the Facebook page for sugar tree and we start walking around the neighborhood until we find the child or if someone’s dog is missing whoever sees the dog first will take a picture of the dog then put the dog in the back yard with food and water until the owner picks the dog up...if someone needs help or a ride or whatever it is everyone in this neighborhood/community will do what they can to help eachother out.....even if the kids are selling the same things for fund raisers we will help them by buying something to help out. It’s a great community and I wouldn’t want to move anywhere else."
