This school is absolutely amazing no doubt everything is great, would love to recommend to strangers and other students rules are absolutely amazing too love this school.

I felt forced to remove my son out of this school zone. This was our first year and my son is second grade. I feel like the teachers and principal do not care about all of their students. The Special Education department is the worst that I’ve dealt with in this school system. It took two and half weeks before someone reached out to me when I left a message to speak with someone. Having a meeting with them and the principal is pointless as they do nothing to help with your concerns for your child. Things go in one ear and out the other. I reached out to the principal and it took a week for her to respond and the only reason I feel that she responded is because I mentioned to the teacher the disappointment in not receiving a call back. Once the Principal did return the call, it was the night before my child’s last day as to which she stated that she won’t be at school that day anyway, so there was no point for a conversation then. My child’s class had two new students to join the class after Christmas break, and there were not enough cubbies now in the class so my child was bumped out of a cubby had to start putting his things in the corner on the floor. The only child having to do so. They simply do not care at this school and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to send their child there especially with an IEP.

My children have been attending Little Scholars Montessori for over 7 years. Just when I think I couldn't love this learning environment more, the staff bring in new ideas, provide new and creative multi-sensory lessons, and are able to create exciting learning opportunities throughout the day that are fun and engaging and meet the students at/on their level. All three of my children, despite all having very different strengths, weaknesses and needs, have thrived in this setting. The staff have become our second family and I fully trust them to guide my children as they navigate social and academic opportunities during their school days.

Experience at this school is rated as excellent. Neighborhood and surrounding areas always clean, neat, and free of "gang" activity. Areas appear as a non-drug and low traffic per said activities. Teachers are knowledgeable and are spot-on with curriculum as suited per age and grade of students. Always keep students attentive and participation as part of activities and grade/age appropriate. This far, have no complaints and have heard of none thus far, students are kept on track, and parents/guardians kept up in participating and well engaged in student/parent/guardian activities.
