    "know your surroundings, especially at night, get to know your neighbors. most people dont like pets in the area so watch out for the animals. lots of strays too. overall no problems, mind your business and people will do the same. friendly people. very busy most of the time. alot of kids in the area. especially over the school semester. "

    "Sometimes you hear a wild pack of coyotes running around, devouring the neighborhood cats and dogs with a ferocity known only to the beasts of the wilderness. Other times there is only the faint sound of a gunshot, just more mindless bloodshed pulling the world further into darkness. This neighborhood is unique in that it feeds on the joy of its inhabitants. It relishes in the anguish of all who enter, and none leave unscathed. "
