"Safe neighborhood and quiet streets. You have easy access to the interstate and can get to both downtown and east Brainerd quickly. My only complaint is the traffic on Brainerd road which can be a pain most days. Other than that, the Belvoir community is great. Very family friendly and peaceful. "

"I love the houses in this area and it is so convenient to private schools, three major hospitals are within 10min drive time. Restaurants and Hamilton place Mall less than 10min away. Love it!"
