Good school the teacher very cool i like this school and wanting my kids

We have been at the school since it opened in 2018. This school is nothing but a revolving door for teachers all the way through to admin staff. They think because they are school of choice that they do not have to listen to what anyone has to say, this includes parents and teachers present or past. It's odd how the head of the board of the school thinks he's doing such a wonderful job, but yet his wife runs Butler Academy in Hartsville SC yet their school has a five star rating and has nowhere near the constant revolving of teachers, admin and students. They lack basic communication skills when it comes to communicating with concerned parents about issues. It takes days to sometimes weeks before you hear anything back, then when you do hear back, you're lucky to get an actual solution. We have been through 8 principles since 2018. There's something seriously wrong within the school. They have no regard for the students, emotional or mental health let alone education as they are all below average in testing. They think it's ok to snatch a teacher in the middle of a school year out of one grade because they hired uncertified teachers in other grades so they move the certified teacher to that grade level. Some teachers and aids are great but when they aren't being backed they are only so good. I have watched this school take kids who loved going to school absolutely dread it to the point where they cry and say they absolutely hate school and this is elementary school students. Also they do not get the childs full previous school records I asked for my bio-son's after he was moved from Virtus and only was given his grades, I knew he had disciplinary issues because he'd been expelled from his elementary school and had issues from another school too they didn't have records of. Everyone knows the teacher student relationship matters just as much as the curriculum. It actually matters more because if the teacher shows that students are cared about and matter the student will actually learn better. Unfortunately, none of this matters at the school. Because again like they said it's a school of choice. We kept hoping it'd get better but its getting worse but we are now looking into K12 online virtual school because enough is enough
