    "The area is quiet and safe, however, it is near less safe areas. We also have cars and doors locked. There have been teenagers that go around and look through mail or try and open car doors at night/early in the morning. Other than that there are no issues. Children play in their front yards, families walk their dogs, it’s very quaint. "
