NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe feel incredibly fortunate to have found FASRI here in Providence. It is truly a gem of a school that offers a unique and enriching experience for both students and families. One of the most remarkable aspects of FASRI is its diversity—teachers and families come from all over the world, creating a vibrant, multicultural environment. This global perspective is felt in every part of the school, offering students a truly international education. The academics at FASRI are rigorous and thoughtfully designed, nurturing intellectual curiosity in students from a young age. The school encourages children to think critically, ask questions, and explore global ideas deeply. We’ve been continuously impressed by how engaged and enthusiastic the students are about learning, and are so impressed that they can do so much in French and English.Beyond academics, FASRI offers a wide range of extracurricular activities and school trips domestically and abroad in France and Canada for the older kids, that are both fun and educational. Even the youngest students benefit from exceptional enrichment opportunities like swimming and ice skating during the winter. We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to join the FASRI community. It’s more than just a school—it’s an inspiring, supportive, and inclusive place where children thrive. We couldn’t be happier!Parent Review1y ago37 Reviews - St Margaret School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI had a great middle school experience but the upper school was awful. Everything switched. Suddenly, my best friends were making me feel like a stranger in my own school. There were days where no one said hello to me the entire day. Girls were catty and exclusive. One of my teachers, that knew what I was going through, tried to make a joke about being excluded and minimized a lot of things that were very painful to me. Moses Brown doesn’t know how to manage conflict with girls. I did my best to wait it out and see if the situation would get better as my advisor told me to do, but it only got worse in the long-run despite teacher and parent meetings. Moses Brown did not care that I was being completely and purposely excluded. Some teachers were good at planning lessons and teaching, but the bad completely outweighed the good. I’ve never in my life experienced such feelings of isolation. I’m so much happier at my new school. Rethink your decision before going to MB.Other Review1mo ago32 Reviews - Wheeler School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageWe came to wheeler from a very good private school in Rhode Island with high expectations. Mid-year, my son’s teacher got fired and replaced with a substitue. His teacher had been at wheeler for a long time, and this is not the kind of thing we expected from such a school. There seems to be a lot of strange things happening, a lot of firings for some reason, and the administration can’t give answers to parents. We didn’t intend to get into this sort of drama, we just were thinking we made a good transfer, but are not sure at this time.Parent Review1mo ago13 Reviews
