Silverville

Buffalo Elementary used to be a good place to go to school. I was a student when the current "state of the art" facility was under construction, and it started going downhill after that. I will admit that the facility is nice, but that is really the only positive thing I can say. My main issue with this school (along with Freeport Area School District and public education as a whole) is their over emphasis on preparation for the standardized tests. If your child is a "learning support" or a "gifted" student, he/she will be very unhappy here. The junior high and high school are not much better either.

In this crazy world that we live in, I am most grateful for the opportunity to send my children to EHCA. The schools commitment to education and to fostering their faith in our Lord Jesus is second to none. I am thankful for the foundation that they help me to lay for my children and their future. We can't keep our children in a bubble and expect them to survive in this world, we need to equip them with the tools to competently engage the world as authentic disciples of Jesus Christ.
