    "This is a beautiful area with lots of green space including a six hole, par 3 golf course. The property is located adjoining a golf hole. Award winning club house, pool, tennis courts and bocce courts. Many planned activities during the day and night depending on if you're working or retired. All outside maintenance is included in the association fee. "
