    "I lived in a home 1 blk away. This is a light and bright, cheerful home in a friendly and very walkable area. 1.5 blk to YWCA, swan lake, Utica sq., St. Johns. Professional people very attracted to area. Easy downtown access. Homes are well kept, neat and tidy. If I moved back to Tulsa I would want to live in this area."
