"It is very quiet and quaint. No problems that I have seen. You may see the occasional deer or even snake. Neighborhood is very walkable to walk dogs and have kids outside to feel safe"

"I own two large dogs, and we walk them regularly. There are always people out walking their dogs. Everyone is very dog friendly and helpful in returning a dog if one gets loose. "

"This neighborhood has a lot of young families and elderly people. It’s a great place to raise kids, and everyone is pretty dog friendly. Jenks schools, so that’s a huge bonus, and established with beautiful trees. Look out for foundation issues, though. "
