My experience as a former parent at St. Andrew School is possibly one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Safety is nonexistent. Bullying is quite rampant (even the principal's kid was hit). I tried to do things the correct way, sending emails and filing SafeSchool reports, but the principal kept blowing me off and giving me excuses like "the video cameres weren't working" or "[my child] was seen laughing after he hit her". I finally had enough. If you are not in the "in" crowd, you are screwed. No special education services for gifted kids, just guidance counselors. Although I will say the guidance counselor will listen to you. Parents, coaches, and administration are such snobs. If you value diversity, safety, and engagement; stay away.

Saint Agatha School has a wonderful curriculum. The teachers and principal are very open to communication. Father Summers is great with the children. He does jumping jacks with them before mass when it is warm and Mass is outside. My son has excelled at St. Agatha. He went from failing in the public school to getting A's on tests and is a Solid B student. The School Community is also very welcoming to new students. I highly recommend this school.
