Great community with people and an amazing learning environment.

I don't like this school at all. the entire building seems like it never has been cleaned. the teachers are, at best, jerks. you got discipline for someone elses wrongdoings. So, this is the worst school in the world.

Piqua SDAC School is an amazing "one room" grade school, that is, grades k-8 are taught by the same teacher, Mr. Mirek, (with the help of his amazing assistant teacher, Mrs. Lee). Mr. Mirek can teach any child anything. His students are well disciplined and respectful, not because they are scared of Mr. Mirek, but because they love and respect him and want to make him happy. Mr. Mirek is a great example of what happens when you are a follower of Christ and he helps bring Christ into the hearts of his students every day. The education is top notch and meets your child where they are at, advanced or behind, without pressure and the joy of learning is evident in all Piqua SDAC students. The facilities are very nice,large light-filled classroom, media center with many computers and books, music/art room, gym and kitchen. One of the coolest aspects of Piqua SDAC is that the school has it's own little bluegrass gospel band and your child WILL learn to play an instrument. We have had many students graduate who have become prolific on the guitar, violin, banjo, mandolin and/or stand-up bass.

I love Piqua Catholic School! We have a great principal and a fantastic staff. Our students are friendly and very welcoming. We are like a family and treat each other with respect. I would highly recommend our school to everyone.
