It has taught me to keep my expectations high regardless of the low expectations set forth by the school administrator. It is easy to become compliant and ineffective in a low morale, poor school climate building. It is constantly an internal struggle to do the right thing and be what the students deserve.

I have had really fun teachers who teach their subjects firmly but also have fun.
